Wild Soul Hat DTF Transfer

These hat DTF transfers are specifically for small businesses, makers, and fellow creatives looking for high-quality, ready-to-press transfers. All designs are made with attention to detail, clean lines, and bold prints to help you create products you’re proud to sell.

* ALL GRAPHICS ARE MADE SCALED AND SIZED TO FIT MID AND HIGH PROFILE HATS. EACH GRAPHIC WILL VARY IN SIZE DEPENDING ON THE GRAPHIC ITSELF AND WILL BE NO TALLER THAN 3" AND NO WIDER THAN 5" *

Processing Time

Standard Turnaround time: 3-5 business days (Not including shipping) 

Turnaround time begins the business day after your order is placed and includes printing, cutting, quality checks, and packaging.

Important Notes:

* Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays

* Orders placed after the weekly print cutoff will be included in the next print cycle. 

* During high-volume periods, sales, or holidays, turnaround time may extend to 5-7 business days.

* Shipping time is separate and calculated at checkout

Usage Terms

By purchasing, you agree to the following:

• Transfers may be used on physical items only (shirts, sweatshirts, hats, bags, etc.).
• Resale, sharing, copying, gifting, or redistribution of the transfer itself (physical or digital) is strictly prohibited.
• Transfers may not be used to create or sell other transfers, digital files, or designs.
• Designs may not be altered, traced, recreated, or claimed as your own.
• You may sell finished products made with these transfers; however, all design rights remain with Diamonds & Deserts.

For small businesses only. By purchasing, you agree these transfers are for use on physical products you create and sell — resale of the digital or physical transfer itself is not permitted.

Pressing Instructions

1. Set hat press to 300 degrees
   2. Set up hat onto your hat press
   3. Place transfer onto the hat
   4. Using teflon or parchment paper cover transfer, press design for 15 seconds, MEDIUM PRESSURE
   5. Move hat as needed to press design entirely
   6. LET COOL then peel transfer 7. repress with teflon or butcher paper over the top for another 10 seconds.

You must use a heat press. A house iron or easy press is not advised to use. I am not responsible for operator error. Every press is different, so if you are new to pressing transfers, please order a few extra in case of user error.
