REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS-

Every item is handmade by me as a result I do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have any problems with your order, please message me within 24 hours of receiving your order and I’d be happy to help! No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after.

SHIPPING:

Our current processing time is 5-7 business days before items are shipped, unless specified differently.

IMPORTANT:

Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout, it is the buyer's responsibility to locate package. 

Lost Or Stolen Packages: 

Diamonds & Deserts is not responsible for lost of stolen packages. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibly transfers to the buyer.
